For support contract holders, please refer to your support agreement for priority contact information as well as after-hours support information. For information on obtaining or renewing your support contract, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The most effective way to expedite your support ticket is to include a synopsis of the issue you are experiencing and attach your service logs and mail logs to the email. This will enable our support team to have a good idea of what is going on by the time they reach you to work towards a resolution.
Sending your log files
- The Response Manager service’s log files. These file are located in the Serverlogs and ServerLogs\oldServerLogs subdirectories of the Response Manager installation directory.
For example: C:\Program Files\emailtopia\Response Manager\Serverlogs\service.txt
For example: C:\Program Files\emailtopia\Response Manager\Serverlogs\oldServerLogs*.*
- Your mail logs. These are located in the Serverlogs\oldMailLogs subdirectory of the Response Manager installation directory.
For example: C:\Program Files\emailtopia\Response Manager\Serverlogs\oldMailLogs
For example: C:\Program Files\emailtopia\Response Manage\rServerlogs\Mail.log
- Attach your logs and send them via email to email@example.com
