To submit an urgent support request please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Response service log files for review. Please include “Urgent” in the subject line of the email.
Please forward the following log files (compressed with a ZIP utility, if possible) to email@example.com.
Not sure how to get the log files? Follow the steps below:
The Response Manager service’s log files. These files are located in the \Server\logs and \Server\Logs\oldServerLogs\ subdirectories of the Response Manager installation directory. For example:
C:\Program Files\emailtopia\Response Manager\Server\logs\service.txt
C:\Program Files\emailtopia\Response Manager\Server\logs\oldServerLogs\*.*
2. Your mail logs. These are located in the \Server\logs\oldMailLogs subdirectory of the Response Manager installation directory. For example
C:\Program Files\emailtopia\Response Manager\Server\logs\oldMailLogs
C:\Program Files\emailtopia\Response Manager\Server\logs\Mail.log
3. Execute the RM Test Utility and send the log file results.
